Make a problem reproducible
Tell us which page you used, your browser and version, device and operating system, and the steps that caused the issue. Describe what you expected and what you saw. For an alarm issue, mention whether the tab was visible, the device was locked and the sound test worked.
You can also send a correction to a guide or translation. Include the relevant sentence and your suggested change.
Leave out private information
Do not include passwords, account credentials, sensitive documents or private session labels. Hide unnecessary personal details in screenshots. Email uses an external mail service; review its settings and send only the information needed for your question.
